Alexander Rossi is a trained mining engineer from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with the award of a Masters of Engineering with a specialization in petrophysics. Since then, he has accumulated over 30 years of engineering and construction-related experience, working for notable engineering companies in the world of oil and gas such as Saudi Arabian Oil Co., Chevron. and has spent 20 of those years operating his company, GloGems Mining Inc., where he is currently the CEO.

He was a member of the Texas Mining & Minerals Association, Louisiana Mining & Minerals Association, The International Association of Mining & Minerals Producers, and a member of the CA Mining Environmental Association. He is an active member of the Institute of Mining Engineers in the UK and a member of the American Society of Mining Engineers. He also serves as President of the Reliable Charitable Foundation, of which he organizes several charitable events including a yearly Charitable Golf Tournament to benefit the young members of the community.
